Full Stack Developer (Fresher/Basic Experience)

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of our RMM software.
• Work with NoSQL databases and time-series data to handle large-scale data processing.
• Build responsive, user-friendly UIs using React and Tailwind CSS.
• Write efficient search queries and optimize database performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Integrate machine learning algorithms into the platform for advanced data analysis.
• Write and maintain automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to streamline workflows.
• Assist in deploying applications on AWS and ensure smooth network operations.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Engage in agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Develop unit and integration tests to maintain high software quality and reliability.

Requirements:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or electronic communications related field.
•  Proficient in Python and Java for backend development, with a strong understanding of Django.
• Familiarity with React and modern frontend development principles (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Understanding of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) and time-series data management.
• Exposure to scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash for automation tasks.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS and containerization tools like Docker.
• Solid grasp of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and version control systems (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Network Performance Monitoring (NPM) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI Ops concepts and modern DevOps practices is an advantage.

Additional Requirements:
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or other CSS frameworks.
• Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and their practical applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
• Exposure to additional backend tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, and message brokers like RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with API design (RESTful or GraphQL) and secure authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
